Dirk-Jan Bonenkamp is responsible for handling client valuation requests. TaxatieEindhoven.com is a dedicated residential valuation service.

The website request form currently asks only for:

After intake, we may also process information you provide by phone, email, or WhatsApp, such as:

The website does not currently collect uploaded files through a website upload form. Documents are sent after intake by email or WhatsApp where agreed.

8. Email and WhatsApp
Email and WhatsApp can be convenient, but they are not the same as a secure document portal. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information. If you are unsure whether a document should be sent, ask first.

If you submit a request but no assignment follows, request data is kept only as long as reasonably needed to handle the request and related follow-up. Assignment, report, invoice, and administrative data may need to be kept longer because of legal, tax, professional, or evidence requirements.
